It will then test the validity of this theoretical model through a quantitative survey of people with a disability.

Desirable background/experience

  • Experience/qualifications in the areas of management/human resources/social inclusion
  • Experience conducting in-depth interviews with research participants (ideally with vulnerable populations such as people with disabilities)
  • Experience analysing qualitative data to develop a theoretical model
  • Experience designing quantitative surveys for research
  • Experience conducting statistical analysis of survey data, including descriptive statistics and regression analysis
