Graphene Research and Development for Enabled Industry Transformation
About PhD positions/loactions:
The ARC Research Hub for Graphene Enabled Industry Transformation is integrated 5 years research program co-funded by the Australian Research Council (ARC), to support a collaborative research partnership between Australia’s leading research groups on graphene translation research, with International leading graphene experts and Industry partners interested for commercialization of graphene research and development of future carbon based industries . The Graphene Hub is offering PhD positions and scholarships for outstanding domestic and international students to work on cutting-edge interdisciplinary research projects on graphene and 2D materials across several disciplines including science (chemistry, physics, biology, agriculture), engineering (nanotechnology, materials, chemical, electrical, mechanical, biomedical, etc) and medicine.
We are looking for talented, creative and highly motivated students to join our program to work on specific R&D projects on their choice and interests that involves: graphene production and modification processes, development of graphene products, graphene polymer composites, quality control of graphene and 2d materials, health and environmental risks, graphene materials for environmental applications, graphene protective coatings, graphene sensors (medical and others), wearable electronics and antennas, 3d printing, biomedical and electronic devices etc.
The PhD positions and scholarships are available at 3 Australian most respected Universities (University of Adelaide, Monash University and University of Melbourne) located in two the world’s most liveable cities Adelaide and Melbourne. For details, please contact the project leaders.
